2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the services specified below:

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the services, the sales price, and the payment method, as well as the preliminary information regarding the delivery, on the Online Tour Istanbul website (www.onlinetouristanbul.com), and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

3.2. The services will be made available to the BUYER within the period specified on the website, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

3.3. The SELLER is responsible for presenting the services in a complete and usable manner in accordance with the specified qualifications.

3.4. For the services to be provided, it is a condition that the signed copy of this contract is delivered to the SELLER electronically and the fee is paid by the BUYER in the payment method preferred by the BUYER.

3.5. If, for any reason, the service fee is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered to be relieved of the obligation to provide the service.

3.6. If the SELLER cannot deliver the services within the agreed period due to force majeure, they are obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER can either cancel the order or use one of their rights to postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is eliminated.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must inform the SELLER of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. This can be done by mail, email, or any other means of communication provided by the SELLER.

4.3. In case of withdrawal, the SELLER will refund all payments received from the BUYER, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the SELLER is informed of the BUYER's decision to withdraw from this contract.

4.4. The BUYER shall send back the services or hand them over to the SELLER, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from this contract to the SELLER. The deadline is met if the BUYER sends back the services before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.5. The BUYER will bear the direct cost of returning the services.

5. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

5.1. The BUYER may cancel or make changes to the reservation up to [Number of Days] days before the scheduled date of the tour.

5.2. For cancellations made after this period or for no-shows, the SELLER reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as specified in the pricing details.
