If you encounter any quality issues or receive the wrong service in our digital products, you can request a return within 30 days. To initiate a return for digital service products, you must provide evidence that the digital service products are problematic.

Before proceeding with the return, please inform us of your return request. By notifying us of your return request, we will provide you with detailed information about the return process. When communicating your return request, don't forget to include your order number and specify the reason for the return.

Return Fee

In cases of errors such as incorrect delivery of digital service products or quality issues originating from our company, the return fee will be covered by our company.

Return Process

During the return process, you will receive a response within 3 business days of us receiving your return request. If your return request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible. The processing time for the payment to reach your account may vary depending on your bank's procedures, typically taking 3-5 business days.
